Ben and his mom put in the Pex tubing for the radiant floor heating. It's a half inch wide and runs throughout the floor as a place for the hot water to circulate after it's heated by the outdoor wood stove we have. The Pex shown here in the basement floor was covered with concrete for the final floor. It'll work really well to help heat the whole house (along with the Pex in the floors above it).
The finished concrete floor!! It's so darn awesome to have it in! We also have the floor in the garage, but I don't have any pictures of it yet. It's so cool!!
Ben and Nathan were working on the garage roof over the weekend to get the sheathing up on it since the trusses for the house didn't come in on time.

Next we just need tar paper and shingles...then we can fully check that off the list!
Sadie loves checking out the progress...and boy is it looking good!
We've also got the well started! The guy is about 50 feet down now. Hopefully we'll hit an abundant source of water not too far down!

Ben was up at the property at night this week, and he got the sill plate on, front wall up and most of the trusses! He's pretty much Superman!!
