Update...Prayers Needed!

Hello there! Just a quick (maybe!) update on Joy and Michael. Michael goes in for his first round of chemo tomorrow. This is the route that the oncologist recommended, so they are pursuing it for now. Through one of the tests they determined that the cancer started in his esophagus then got into his lymph system which is spreading it all over. The strange thing is that he really hasn't had any signs of it and his blood work on the rest of his body is fine. Michael is very worn, tired, and isn't eating much at all (even on meds that are supposed to boost his appetite). The cancer is really hitting him hard. Please pray for Michael that he can have the strength to fight this. Please pray for Joy that she'll feel comforted through this. I please pray for them...it's breaking my heart to see Joy's pain and to know what Michael's going through.
